We employ full time, insured employees who are full service construction and maintenance personal. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured general construction contractor. By handling most construction and maintenance aspects in-house, we have much more control over our schedule and final results. We are also able to keep costs considerably lower. We currently manage nearly 400 units in the surrounding area and have performed rehab projects ranging from $300 to $300,000.00. The majority of our rehabs are also on the lower end of the spectrum; averaging about $25,000 for labor and material.
